Absolutely! Depending on your wedding size, we set up additional pizzaiolo stations and multiple ovens to keep the crowd fed quickly and efficiently. We also bring servers to help the lines move smoothly, so you can just relax and enjoy your day. Our wedding pizza food truck may be compact, but it’s designed to make the most of its space, giving you a charming, small-footprint setup without compromising on speed or quality.

Tastings are available for booked couples or serious inquiries, depending on availability and schedule. Many couples move forward based on reviews and photos, but we’re happy to discuss tastings during the planning process if it’s important to you.

Our minimum is $1,500 for up to 45 guests, with additional guests at $27 per person. Most couples invest between $2,500–$4,000 for wedding pizza catering, depending on guest count and add-ons. Triangle service is included; travel outside the area is quoted upfront. No tips or hidden fees.

Nope! Our pizza food truck is fully equipped with its own water supply and a quiet, compact electrical generator. That means we can serve our fresh pizza catering anywhere without relying on venue hookups, perfect for outdoor weddings anywhere in the Triangle area.

Our wedding pizza catering is fully staffed and all-inclusive. Every booking includes professional staff, full setup and cleanup, and unlimited freshly baked Neapolitan pizzas served from our vintage pizza truck. Optional add-ons include salads, caprese skewers, and cannoli.

We recommend booking our wedding pizza truck as early as possible, especially for peak spring and fall dates. While some weddings can be booked 2–3 weeks out, popular Saturdays in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill often book months in advance.

We can operate in light rain with proper coverage. For heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll work with you to adapt or reschedule when possible. We always recommend planning a covered backup area for outdoor weddings.
