Terms & Conditions
A few details to keep your pizza event running smoothly.
Deposit & Reschedule Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. This is because deposits secure your date and allow us to turn away other requests, so backing out affects our ability to book other customers.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) with at least 7 days’ notice. One reschedule per booking is allowed.
Weather Policy
Soci Pizza operates outdoors and will make every reasonable effort to complete service in light rain or typical conditions with appropriate coverings.
However, in cases of severe weather, including heavy rain, high winds, or other unsafe or inoperable conditions, we reserve the right to pause, modify, or discontinue service for safety reasons.
If service cannot proceed due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule (subject to availability). Deposits remain non-refundable.
Even when our truck and/or tent is used, we strongly recommend having a backup covered area available that can accommodate at least two 6-foot tables and allow for safe operation of propane-based pizza ovens and related equipment.
Service Conditions
Client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and level setup area for equipment and service.
We reserve the right to adjust or decline setup if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to unstable ground, excessive wind exposure, or restricted space.
Service timing, output, and flow may vary depending on conditions, guest count, and environment. While we aim to serve efficiently, exact production rates are not guaranteed.
Safety & Liability
Our setup includes high-temperature cooking equipment. For safety, guests must maintain a reasonable distance from cooking and prep areas.
Soci Pizza is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from unsafe guest behavior or interference with equipment.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Soci Pizza is not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, accidents causing major traffic disruption, venue access restrictions, or emergencies.
