Our process is simple. We arrive 2–4 hours before service (depending on event size and details) to set up and begin prep. Service is buffet-style: guests choose their pizzas and sides with staff assistance, and pizzas are baked fresh and replenished continuously. After service, we handle cleanup and head out.

Yes. Soci Pizza is based in the Triangle and regularly serves Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Pittsboro, Apex, Hillsborough, and surrounding areas. We also travel for select events outside the Triangle, including Charlotte and other North Carolina destinations.
If you're outside our typical service area, contact book@socipizza.com for a custom travel quote. -
We can typically operate in light rain using our truck and tents. If severe weather (such as heavy rain or high winds) makes service unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule, subject to availability. We also recommend having a nearby covered backup area where we can safely operate if needed.
-
If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) with at least 7 days’ notice. One reschedule per booking is allowed.
All deposits are non-refundable. This is because deposits secure your date and allow us to turn away other requests, so backing out affects our ability to book other customers. -
We do our best! While staying true to Neapolitan methods, we can adjust toppings, offer vegetarian options, and occasionally accommodate special requests. Gluten-free dough is not currently available.
-
Yes. Our staff handles pizza cooking, slicing, and guest service. Larger events may include additional staff to help manage lines and cleanup.
-
No. However, we’ve partnered with Vita Mielie, another vintage Piaggio Ape that offers elegant beverage in the triangle, we strongly recommend you check them out! https://www.vitamielie.com/

A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due before the event. Your invoice and email confirmation act as the booking agreement. A written contract is available upon request.

We can prepare vegan Margherita pizzas for a limited number of guests.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gluten-free pizzas due to the high risk of cross-contamination with wheat flour.
If you have a few guests who require gluten-free options, we recommend ordering a few pizzas from a local pizzeria that specializes in gluten-free preparation. -
No. We bring our own silent generator, which powers all of our equipment and provides hot water. The only thing we ask is access to a restroom for our staff during the event.
-
Yes, we can serve guests indoors. However, for safety reasons, our propane ovens and all cooking equipment must remain outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Our service is buffet-style, so ideally we would always be set up for outdoor service. No matter your setup, we will always make an effort to accommodate your request!
-
Absolutely not. Our pricing is transparent, and gratuity is appreciated, but always optional.
Travel within the Triangle is included; extended NC travel ranges from $150 to $600.
