At Soci pizza, we recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, weddings, and busy spring-summer dates. Smaller or weekday events may be available on shorter notice, depending on our schedule.

Every package includes staff as needed, setup, cleanup, plates, and napkins. If you don’t have a serving table, we can bring one. All essentials are handled so you can focus on enjoying the event.

Yes. Our starting package is $1,000, plus travel fees ($200 inside the Triangle, $300+ outside). Each package is designed to cover full service, ingredients, fuel, and staff time.

We arrive 1–2 hours before service (depending on event size and layout) to set up the Ape, ovens, and prep stations. Service is buffet-style: pizzas are baked fresh and continuously replenished so guests can enjoy each recipe. Salads and sides are served family-style, with staff assisting as needed.

Yes. We cater across Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Pittsboro, Apex, Hillsborough, and nearby towns.
Travel fees: $200 inside the Triangle, $300+ for events outside.

For light rain, we can continue service with tents or coverings. If heavy rain or unsafe weather makes setup impossible, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adapt.
If travel, staffing, or prep has already occurred, those costs may still apply. We always recommend planning with us a backup covered area to keep your event on track. -
Yes. Cancellations follow a tiered policy to balance fairness and preparation costs:
30+ days before: 90% refund
10–29 days before: 50% refund
Less than 10 days: no refund
If you reschedule and we’re available, we’ll apply your deposit toward the new date (once per booking).

We’ll try our best to work with your requests! While we stay true to Neapolitan methods, we can adjust toppings or create vegetarian variations when possible.
We currently don’t offer gluten-free dough options. -
Yes. Staff handles pizza cooking, slicing, and basic service. For larger events or higher-tier packages, additional staff may be included to help manage guest flow, lines, and cleanup. Staffing scales with package size.

We currently offer soft drinks only — like Pellegrino, Italian sodas, and sparkling water.
Pricing: $3 for 2 drink options or $4 for 3 options. -
A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date; the remainder is due before the event.
Your email confirmation and invoice serve as the booking agreement.
A simple written contract is available upon request, but not required. -

We occasionally take events in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Burlington, Sanford, or Fayetteville — contact us for availability.
